After the first clinical examination the vet and the owner can decide on additional examination and laboratory tests. In most cases this can and will be done the same day. Sometimes hospitalisation is necessary for time-consuming examinations, treatments or tests.   In the following pages we discuss the possibilities for examination and treatment in our clinic, the cause of some diseases and as far as possible the prevention of diseases.   Some links refer to the equipment, see also under 'the clinic'.
